Check the availability. if does not match you can go back and try from the other option!
3. Register your Personal Details
For patients already registered in our System. Enter the ID/Passport or patient’s phone (including + and country code)
4. Brief Description
Please provide a brief description of the reason for your consultation and any speciall request (Certificate, Sick leave, Insurance form)
4. Payments for Online Consultations
After completing the previous steps, the system will generate an option for a secure online payment directly.

How do I book an online consultation?

How do I pay for the consultation?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems. You will receive payment instructions after booking your appointment.
In which languages are the consultations available?
Our consultations are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Slovak.
Can I get a valid sick leave certificate for Malta from an online consultation?
Yes, we can issue valid sick leave certificates during online consultations, subject to the doctor’s evaluation.
What if I need a prescription?
Our doctors can provide electronic prescriptions during your consultation, which you can use at any pharmacy.
Can I get an original certificate if needed?
Yes, if you need an original certificate, it can be collected from our clinic in Gzira during our opening hours. Please inform your doctor during the consultation. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the collection process.
What are the clinic's opening hours and where is located?
Our clinic is located in 59A Triq de vilhena Gzira is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Our staff will be happy to assist you during these hours.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone.
- Full Refund: Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 4 hours in advance for a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
- No Cancellations or Rescheduling: No cancellations or rescheduling will be allowed within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
